Mark has always looked to help those around him, and found his calling when introduced to Chiropractic at a young age; initially while accompanying his mother to her regular adjustments, and later as a regular wellness patient himself.
He qualified with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic in his native South Africa, and has worked in public and private clinics in South Africa, London and Scotland for the past 15 years.
Mark has been a sports fan and competitor all his life, including completing numerous marathons, ultras, Ironman triathlons and other multi-sport events.
With this experience, he knows the benefits of staying active but also the effect the accumulative stresses of pushing your body to its limits can have. However, being regularly adjusted has helped him manage this stress, stay injury-free, get the most out of his body from a performance perspective and most importantly, enjoy doing what he loves.
Helping enable his patients’ bodies to heal themselves and be able to adapt to whatever life throws at them while maintaining peak performance, is the cornerstone of Mark's approach to Chiropractic Care.
So, whether you’re chasing a PB or just wanting to be able to live a more active, healthy, happy & pain-free life, Marks approach to Chiropractic care of getting your body working more efficiently and coherently with your nervous system can help facilitate this.
Mark holds a postgraduate degree in Sports Chiropractic, has been privileged enough to work with professional athletes from a variety of sports and was a member of the volunteer medical team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the Scottish Chiropractic Association.

Boon is from the tropical state of Johor in Malaysia. Having graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in South Wales, his interest in chiropractic started when both of his parents suffered from chronic low back pain and sciatica which was relieved from chiropractic care.
A sports enthusiast, Boon keeps himself constantly involved in athletics, football, basketball and weightlifting. Thus, sports injury became a common problem due to his high involvement in sports. Hence, Boon understands the importance of the neuro-musculoskeletal health and hopes to make a difference in people’s life by being a part of the chiropractic profession.
